General Return/Exchange Policies


You have a 30-day window to set up your return for exchange, store credit, or refund online. FYI that’s 30 days from the date of purchase, not the delivery date. 


*DISCLAIMER: Yeah, yeah, if you miss the return window deadline, we are willing to make exceptions! Go ahead and email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the Pit Viper products being returned are in brand new condition, with all the original packaging. We’ll do our best to help you out.* 


Returns are free for United States, Australian, and Canadian customers only!

2) Happy Returns (no box or label needed)

Domestic Returns - USA / Canada / Australia 

REFUNDS: Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be processed, and the funds will show back in your account within 3-5 business days


EXCHANGES: If you've set up an exchange, the new order will be processed once the return shipment is marked "in transit" back to our warehouse. You have to return your original order before we can get your new sh*t out to you. Patience is a virtue, my friend! 

 

STORE CREDIT: If you make a return for store credit, your credit will be processed and sent to your email after the return shipment is marked "in transit" back to our warehouse.

 



International Returns and Exchanges


For those folks shopping Pit Viper Worldwide, you are responsible for any international return shipping costs, but will not be charged for exchange shipping costs. 


Once you've got the return order in the mail, shoot an email over to [email protected] with your return tracking information! We'll be able to service you faster with that tracking information, so be sure to send that over to us as soon as you can. 




Gift Returns

 

Ohhh, so you’re saying your Uncle Larry bought you the wrong pair of Pit Vipers? 


If you want to set up a gift return, you’ll need the order number and the zip code associated with the shipping address. There are always loopholes, so no worries if you don’t have any of that information!
